Yesterday's Exceptional Wine Pairings event was exquisitely exceptional, thanks to Rob Plant of Blue Wind Gourmet for hosting this event for the second time! This intimate gathering of Sotterley friends enjoyed creative hors d'oeuvres such as Crab & Corn Chowder, Rockfish Bruschetta, Steak & Caramelized Onion Bruschetta, and handcrafted chocolate items paired with wine selections from all over the world in our 1703 Plantation House. Everyone who attended was delighted with the varied pairings and fine companionship. Rob Plant, thank you for your generosity, attention to detail, and for being a great supporter of Sotterley!
