The British have occupied Sotterley Plantation and are celebrating in the Mansion, but the owners have found a creative way to stay in their home ... and I do mean CREATIVE!
Come and see how the drama unfolds during the 2009 Holiday Candlelight Tours! Every holiday season, visitors are transported back in time to a different era, this year's being The War of 1812. This historical dramatization takes place within the Mansion, which dates back to 1703.
Advanced Reservations are REQUIRED - no ticket sales at the door.
DATES: December 4 & 5th 6pm - 10 pm; tours are 30 minutes in length and run every 10 minutes.
